All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Your order will be confirmed by email, and then when your order is marked as dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days from when order is placed.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Most Shnuggle items are delivered via DPD and your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
While every reasonable effort will be made to keep to any delivery date, Shnuggle Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The liability for the goods will pass from Shnuggle to the customer on delivery of goods to the customer.
Orders placed on a Friday are not guaranteed to be processed until the following Monday.
All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Our Free UK delivery and Standard delivery options exclude Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
Please note: In order to protect you against fraudulent payments, we can only deliver to the address at which your payment card is registered. Please contact customer services as soon as your order has been placed if you wish to change your delivery address or alternatively leave a note on the note section upon checkout.

Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and wish to your return your item firstly please notify us email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order for us to enable to authorise the return. In the email you must include your order number, item you wish to return and reason for return. Any parcels that are returned to us without authorisation will be refused.
The cost of returning the item will not be reimbursed and we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and allows you to track your parcel. Please include your returns slip with order details in the return so we can easily identify this when back in our warehouse, failure to include this information may result in us unable to issue the refund.
Goods returned to us must be returned unused, without damaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
**Please note: For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on mattresses, dressing sets and bedding unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging. Any nursery furniture which has been assembled cannot be returned unless there is a fault in which case, we can investigate this for you and get it fixed.
Once the item has been processed and authorised your refund will include the full price of goods. For bundles with single items returned this will be calculated by the percentage of the price in which you purchased it at. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used and will be completed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of any refund for loss in value of the products returned where the products show signs of unreasonable use or damage; for these purposes, unreasonable use includes handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Wrong product ordered
We can understand items may have been ordered by mistake but not to worry, if you have noticed this please get in touch as soon as you can and if it hasn’t left our warehouse we can refund and cancel the order for you (orders normally ship the next working day of the order being placed). For orders that have already left our warehouse we ask you to accept the delivery and have the items sent back to us unopened and in their original packaging. The cost of returning this will not be reimbursed.
Delivery Damage/Product Damage
We appreciate that parents like to plan in advance of babies arrival and all items purchased aren’t for immediate use so to avoid disappointment on opening we would ask that all your parcels are checked thoroughly on arrival and then in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition of how your order has arrived we ask you to contact us with images of any damage to the item and the packaging within 5 days of delivery so that any problems can be rectified immediately. Replacement parts can be sent out at our cost to fix the issue promptly.
Fault under guarantee
Shnuggle guarantees all products for 12 months from the purchase date. This will cover replacement parts shipped to you at our cost, if you need a replacement part under guarantee simply contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of fault/images and we will get things fixed for you.
Please note our guarantee does not cover the items for a) general wear & tear, b) damage due to not following the care label and c) stains or spills
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Shnuggle Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been successful. This email will include the details of your order along with an order number and date of purchase. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product, all orders are subject to acceptance by us.
Non acceptance of the order may occur when the product you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Right to cancel-
Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment your order is placed and ends 30 days from the day you receive your goods. All returns are subject to approval following our returns policy (for further information please visit “Return Policy” section on our website).
